SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

United States shipping (rates shown at checkout): Economy — $10.00 (0–5 lb), $19.90 (5–70 lb). Standard — $12.00 (0–1 lb), $22.00 (1–5 lb). Free Economy shipping on orders of $100 or more. Grinders ship separately at a flat $12.00 and are not included in the free-shipping offer.

Estimated delivery: most U.S. orders arrive 2–6 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Local pickup: free pickup is available in Portland, OR — choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

International shipping: we ship to selected countries. Rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages: contact hello@sunaocoffee.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
