Producer words:
"Founded in 1991 by Hamilton Vidurrizaga and Betty Cánepa, Finca Santa Estela is a family-owned coffee farm located in Villa Rica, in Peru’s central jungle (Pasco region, Oxapampa province). Our farm is part of the UNESCO-designated Asháninka-Yánesha Biosphere Reserve and carries nearly a century of coffee-growing tradition. We specialize in high-quality Estate Coffee with full traceability. By managing every stage of the production process—from cultivation to post-harvest and export—we offer full transparency and direct trade relationships with roasters worldwide.
Our commitment goes beyond quality. We promote sustainable farming, environmental conservation, and community development. Thanks to responsible land management over generations, our soils remain fertile and productive, supporting continuous cultivation for almost 100 years. Finca Santa Estela is certified under the Denomination of Origin Café Villa Rica, which recognizes coffees with outstanding quality, unique cup profiles, and exceptional aroma and flavor. We are proud to offer specialty coffees that reflect the richness of our land, the care of our people, and the strength of our values."
