Calendars fulfilled by shipping will be sent between November 22nd and Tuesday 26th via USPS priority mail with an expected delivery date of November 23 – November 29th.
Calendars fulfilled by pick up will be available at the PDX Coffee Club cafe at 827 SW 2nd ave, Portland OR 97204 during normal business hours starting November 27th and at Vancouver Farmers Market November 30th

Pre-orders are open until 11:59pm PST November 15th 2024 and may be cancelled until 11:59pm PST November 14th by contacting us at Hello@sunaocoffee.com. After pre-orders close all advent calendar sales are final. All calendars that are fulfilled using shipping will be sent by either USPS or UPS starting 11/20. PDX Coffee Club will do its best to ensure all calendars arrive before December 1st 2024, however, we will not be held responsible for delays or delivery issues due to carrier mishandling. Roasters are subject to change without notice in the unplanned and unlikely event that a roaster is unable to fulfill their coffee order for the calendar. All coffees included in the calendar are whole bean without exception. Thank you for your understanding and please contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
